MICROSHIELD® 2 Chlorhexidine Skin Cleanser is an antiseptic skin cleanser for hand and body washing. Recommended by heath care professionals and clinicians across Australia and New Zeland, this efficacious formulation contains 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate as the active ingredient.
Designed to reduce microrganisms on the skin, the Chlorhexidine Gluconate in MICROSHIELD® 2 is effective immediately after use, and for several hours providing long lasting protection beyond the application. Suitable to be used as an antibacterial body wash to treat and prevent skin infections. Mildly fragrant formula that leaves skin feeling cleansed and fresh after application.
Chlorhexidine Gluconate provides rapid and broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against a wide range of bacteria. Use undiluted. If using as a hand wash, wet hands. Apply MICROSHIELD® 2 to the skin and rub gently over all the surfaces of the hands including the spaces between the fingers. Rinse well and dry hands. For body washing, wet skin and apply MICROSHIELD® 2 to a clean wash cloth or directly onto skin and work into a light lather all over the body, or a specific area of the body. Rinse off well and towel dry.
